Here is a table that I compiled for a class that measures how liberal each state and US territory (save DC since they don’t have state senators) is with regard to their campaign finance laws for state senators. Check out where your state ranks on my scale. It ranks each state by number of unlimited fundings sources, then by a scaled score of the dollar amounts from other sources.
